Experienced tax partner sought to lead and grow a tax and estate planning practice from the firm’s Las Vegas office. The role combines high-level tax advisory work with sophisticated trusts and estates planning for individuals, families and closely held entities.

You'll work with a collaborative team, supervise associates, and take responsibility for client relationships and business development. The firm is seeking a partner with a portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and expand client matters.

Bar admission in the relevant state and standing to practice in Nevada
Proven partner-level experience in tax, trusts and estate planning (high-net-worth individual and closely held business matters)
Track record of supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
Business development capability and existing client relationships or a demonstrable plan to grow a portable practice
Strong technical tax drafting, planning and client-facing skills
