Established law firm in Las Vegas is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Real Estate and Construction practice, with complementary experience in estate/succession matters. The role combines transactional "dirt" real estate work and construction matters, plus opportunities to advise on hospitality-related succession planning and estate issues.

The successful candidate will join a team handling a mix of transactional and advisory matters for regional clients. This is a partner-track lateral role where a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships will be an asset.

Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, including land/"dirt" matters.
Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice preferred.
Familiarity advising on estate/succession planning in the context of real estate or hospitality clients is a plus.
Bar admission and standing in the relevant jurisdiction (Nevada) required.
