Lateral Partner, Tax & Estate Planning (Las Vegas)

Leading law firm seeks a partner to build and lead a tax and estate-planning practice from the Las Vegas office. The role focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals, families and closely held businesses on sophisticated estate, trust and federal/state tax matters.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, manage a team of attorneys and support staff, and drive business development initiatives to grow the practice locally and regionally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in federal and state tax planning and trusts & estates
• Proven client development and relationship-management track record
• Bar admission in Nevada or ability to become admitted; strong leadership and mentoring skills
