Partner, Tax & Litigation — Las Vegas

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Las Vegas office to lead and grow a combined tax and litigation practice. This role will involve handling contested tax matters, advising on tax planning tied to dispute resolution, and supervising litigation teams on state and federal matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop business, mentor associates, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on complex matters. This is a leadership-facing role with significant client contact and case management responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in tax controversy and related litigation
• Proven business development skills and experience leading teams
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
