Experienced senior litigator needed to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction disputes practice in Las Vegas. The role will focus on complex commercial litigation, construction defect and contract matters for a diverse client base.

This is a partner-level opportunity with responsibility for case management, courtroom advocacy, and business development. The hire will join an established team and be expected to contribute a portable practice or demonstrate a track record of generating client work.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction litigation.
Proven trial and courtroom experience handling commercial and construction disputes.
Demonstrable business development skills and/or a portable practice.
Active bar admission in Nevada (or eligibility) and ability to manage client relationships independently.
