Seeking a lateral partner to join a major international law firm's tax practice in Miami. The role will focus on leading and developing tax work for corporate and high-net-worth clients across transactional and advisory matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and will be responsible for originating and managing client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to strategic growth in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development record is desirable.

Partner-level tax lawyer with substantial U.S. tax experience (transactional, advisory and/or controversy).
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice preferred.
Track record of supervising and mentoring associates and contributing to business growth.
Bar admission in the U.S.; Miami-based or able to relocate.
