Lateral Tax Partner — New York

Senior tax partner opportunity with a leading national law firm’s New York office. The role focuses on advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on complex federal, state and transactional tax matters.

Seeking a partner to grow an established tax practice in New York: you will lead engagements, develop client relationships and work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the firm’s U.S. platform.

• Established tax partner with deep experience in corporate, transactional or partnership tax matters.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to develop and expand a portable practice.
• Technical strength in federal and state tax law, with experience counseling on structuring, due diligence and controversy matters as applicable.
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain admission) and authorization to practice in the U.S.
