Lateral Tax Partner — San Francisco

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral Tax Partner to join its San Francisco office. The role will take a senior position within an established tax practice handling sophisticated corporate, transactional and advisory matters for domestic and international clients.

The firm is looking for a partner able to grow and lead tax work in the region, collaborate across multi‑disciplinary teams, and develop business opportunities. Candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships in tax are encouraged to apply.

• Proven partner-level experience in tax law with a strong record of handling complex corporate/transactional tax matters
• Established client relationships and a capacity to develop or bring a portable practice
• Strong leadership, business development and team management skills
• Admission to practice in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to obtain admission)
