Join a market-leading projects, infrastructure and construction team in Sydney focused on major infrastructure and construction matters across the project lifecycle. The team acts for top-tier contractors and principals, advising on procurement, contract documentation, administration and dispute resolution.

This role is for a disputes-focused lawyer who will work on litigation, arbitration, adjudication and contract-administration issues arising on large-scale projects. You will join a collaborative, high-performing team with exposure to complex, national matters and opportunities to use legal technology and AI tools to increase efficiency.

  • 3-5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in construction/infrastructure disputes
  • Experience with litigation, arbitration and adjudication proceedings; security of payment and contract-administration issues
  • Strong drafting, client-facing and communication skills; commercial approach to advice
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team and manage matter carriage with guidance
