National law team is seeking a Lawyer or Associate (junior level) to join the Health, Aged Care & Human Services practice. This role is open to candidates for Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane with hybrid working arrangements.

You will advise on regulatory, governance, risk and dispute matters across the health, aged care, disability and community services sectors. Typical work includes regulatory and administrative-law advice, incident and regulator management, inquiries and investigations, privacy and service agreements, and transactional matters worked on with corporate and finance teams.

The team advises not-for-profits, private providers, insurers, listed companies and public and private healthcare operators; the role offers exposure to complex, high-profile sector work and a collaborative, high-performing environment.

1–3 years post-admission (PQE)
Experience in health, aged care, disability or related regulatory practice preferred
Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
Experience advising on regulatory and administrative law; litigation or dispute-resolution exposure desirable
Commercial, solution-focused approach and strong client relationship skills
