Our client, a premier Australian law firm with a strong national presence, is seeking a talented Lawyer or Associate to join its high-performing Real Estate practice in Sydney. You will be responsible for managing your own files, conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating agreements, and providing practical, commercially focused advice. Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse range of real estate matters from inception to completion.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property documents.
Conduct thorough due diligence and legal research.

Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Requirements

Qualified lawyer with 2-5 years' post-admission experience in property law.
Proven experience in a reputable private practice, with a strong focus on commercial real estate.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
A proactive, commercial mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Admission to practice in Australia.
