- Qualified lawyer admitted in Australia with experience in litigation; statutory compensation, workers’ compensation or personal injury experience highly regarded.
- Familiarity with relevant Victorian statutes (e.g. Accident Compensation, Work Injury Rehabilitation & Compensation, Transport Accident Act) or transferable insurance/PI litigation experience.
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience managing litigation files in court environments.
- Client-focused, commercially aware, able to work independently while collaborating with senior team members.
