Lawyer - Capital Markets

Global law firm seeks an experienced mid-level lawyer (2–3 years PQE) to join its Capital Markets practice in Sydney. The team handles IPOs, secondary raisings, and takeovers, alongside significant domestic and cross-border M&A, for public and private companies across financial services, technology, manufacturing, distribution, retail, health, and resources.

• Admission as a lawyer in Australia (2–3 years PQE).
• Capital markets and M&A experience on sophisticated, complex transactions.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
• Practical, proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• High level of client service and attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset and interest in mentoring junior team members.
