You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve potential conflicts, draft conflict-related documentation, and support lateral hires and onboarding from a risk perspective.

- Membership in good standing with a Canadian law society
- Experience or interest in ethics, conflicts clearance or professional responsibility (asset)
- Fluency in English and French (required)
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with legal technology and practice-management systems (experience with Intapp or Aderant an asset)
