Lawyer, Corporate — Vigo

An established international firm is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join its Vigo office and support domestic and cross-border corporate work. The role offers exposure to M&A, corporate restructurings, due diligence and a range of commercial/corporate advisory matters for national and international clients.

The successful candidate will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, contributing to high‑profile transactions and ongoing corporate governance matters while developing their technical and client skills in a dynamic environment.

• 2–3 years' PQE in Corporate and Commercial law, with transactional and corporate matters experience
• Strong academic record
• Advanced English (C1/C2)
• Proactive, team‑oriented and commercially aware with a commitment to continuous learning
