The successful candidate will handle real estate transactions, M&A, joint ventures and other commercial deals, working collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions. The team offers a diverse, inclusive environment and opportunities for professional development.
- 4–6 years' post-qualification experience in commercial law with a focus on corporate and/or real estate transactions
- Proven experience on M&A, joint ventures and transactional matters
- Strong academic record and commitment to legal practice
- Advanced English (minimum C1); additional languages an advantage
- Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary and international environment
