We are seeking a lawyer to join our public law practice in Barcelona, focusing on land planning and zoning matters. The role involves advising on a broad range of urban planning issues and public law proceedings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong experience in urban planning law to handle complex, high-profile matters in a collaborative environment.

Knowledge and experience in urban planning law, including the preparation of planning instruments and management procedures, permitting, restoration of planning legality and sanctioning proceedings, expropriation, infrastructure, concessions, and public domain management.
Transactional planning advice: strategic counsel on land development and due diligence processes.
Advising in both administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings across key areas of public law (public procurement, public-private partnerships, regulatory, environmental, etc.). Specialization in other sectors (energy, water, public domain, mining, telecommunications) is valued.
High level of English.
