Join a national insurance law & litigation team as a senior lawyer based in Melbourne. This role offers ownership of end‑to‑end insurance matters, exposure to high‑profile files, and structured mentoring within a collaborative, people‑first practice.

You will work on indemnity, liability, reserves, quantum, costs and strategy; draft court documents and settlement deeds; prepare briefs for counsel; appear at court, mediations and conferences; and engage with experts, witnesses and opposing counsel. Tertiary law qualification and current Victorian practising certificate.
Minimum 3 years’ post‑admission experience primarily in insurance and litigation.
Experience with recovery claims desirable; exposure to commercial property matters advantageous.
Plaintiff experience is desirable; proven ability to manage complex matters independently and in teams.
Strong advocacy, drafting, negotiation, research and client‑management skills; experience mentoring junior lawyers.
