Well-regarded German law practice is seeking a litigation lawyer to join its Cologne team. The role involves handling commercial disputes across domestic and cross-border matters, working with partners and senior associates on strategy, court proceedings and dispute resolution.

The team offers exposure to a broad caseload, direct courtroom work, and opportunities to manage client relations. This is a good role for a litigation-focused lawyer who wants substantive case responsibility within a collaborative boutique-style practice embedded in an international platform.

• Qualified to practise in Germany (Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin) or equivalent national qualification
• Practical experience in commercial litigation and court proceedings
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills; comfortable managing procedural matters
• Fluent German and strong English; able to work on cross-border matters
