Lawyer (m/f/d) IT and Data Law

We are seeking a lawyer (m/f/d) to join our IT and data law team in Cologne or Frankfurt. We advise national and international clients on IT and data law matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts such as software license and project agreements, cloud, SaaS, and outsourcing agreements, and general terms and conditions for digital business models and sales and cooperation agreements. We also provide legal support for digitalization and technology topics, including AI law, platform regulation, and data law, as well as data protection advice and representation in administrative and court proceedings.
