Discreetly recruiting for a major international law practice: an experienced lawyer to join the Technology / Digital & Commercial team in Frankfurt. The role involves advising national and international clients on legal issues arising from digital transformation, complex commercial contracts, outsourcing and regulatory matters.

You will work on cross-practice, high‑impact matters (including projects in FinTech, IoT and e‑mobility) as part of a globally connected tech group, collaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions to deliver commercial, pragmatic solutions.

Several years' experience in a law firm or in-house legal role with focus on technology, digital-commercial or IT/outsourcing matters
Strong German qualifications (Prädikatsexamen preferred) and very good English skills
Good commercial awareness, client-facing communication skills and ability to work in teams
Comfortable handling complex contractual and regulatory issues and contributing creative, pragmatic solutions
