Join a leading international law practice in Warsaw as a transactional lawyer focusing on M&A and equity capital markets. You will work on structuring and executing high‑value transactions, drafting and negotiating deal documentation, leading due diligence and coordinating with external and internal stakeholders.

The role requires close collaboration with other practice groups to deliver cross‑disciplinary solutions and acting as a primary commercial legal advisor to clients on deal mechanics, regulatory considerations and market practice. The team offers exposure to significant Polish and international securities transactions and opportunities for professional development.

Master’s degree in Polish law.
Polish bar admission (advocate or attorney‑at‑law).
Approximately 5 years’ post‑qualification experience in M&A and equity capital markets transactions, preferably at a reputable law firm.
Proven experience drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, conducting due diligence and advising on deal structuring.
Fluent legal English (spoken and written) and strong commercial awareness.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
