Applicants should expect to work on cross-border and domestic transactional matters alongside a multi-disciplinary team. The role suits lawyers with demonstrable deal experience who are comfortable drafting agreements, advising on corporate structuring and supporting negotiations.

Proven experience in corporate transactions and commercial agreements
Qualified to practise in the relevant jurisdiction and comfortable working on cross-border matters
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage matter workflows
