Our team advises international industrial and commercial clients, particularly in the automotive and healthcare sectors, on all aspects of product liability and product compliance, including legal issues related to artificial intelligence and digitalization. We also provide counsel on commercial and distribution law, guiding clients in the legally secure structuring of their distribution channels and trade relationships. We represent clients both in and out of court, take on independent litigation, and enforce or defend claims. From day one, you will have direct client contact and take on early responsibility for your own mandates, while working closely with an experienced commercial team on strategic projects.

Successfully completed both state examinations in law with above-average results
Initial professional experience in commercial, trade, or distribution law (e.g., during legal clerkship or as a research assistant) is an advantage
Confident communication skills in English
Strong analytical and structured working style, with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics such as product liability, compliance, or AI regulation
Team-oriented mindset, appreciating professional exchange and open feedback
