Senior associate-level role in a national restructuring and insolvency team based in Melbourne. The team acts for major banks, financiers, insolvency practitioners and corporate clients on loan recovery, restructurings, securities enforcement and corporate insolvency matters, and handles related commercial litigation across state and federal jurisdictions.

You will work on complex, often multi‑jurisdictional matters, acting for lenders, receivers, administrators and liquidators, contributing precedents and knowledge resources, and participating in client development activities within a collaborative team environment.

2–5 years PQE in restructuring, insolvency and commercial litigation
Experience with banking litigation, loan recovery, securities enforcement and external administrations (receivers/administrators/liquidators)
Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills; practical problem‑solving and client service orientation
Ability to work collaboratively, contribute precedents and support business development activities
