An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer or Senior Associate to join a dynamic Labour, Employment & Workplace Safety practice in Sydney. This role offers the chance to work with a national and global team on a broad range of employment, industrial relations, and workplace safety matters.

You will be involved in both advisory and litigious work, including representing employers in disputes, negotiating employment documentation, and advising on compliance and workplace investigations. The role is varied and fast-paced, requiring strong technical skills and a collaborative approach.

Approximately 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment and workplace safety law, ideally gained at a well-regarded firm.
Demonstrated experience in both front-end advisory work and litigious employment matters.
Exceptional technical legal skills and strong commercial acumen.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
A proactive, practical approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to delivering a high level of client service.
