Join a nationally recognised defendant insurance practice in Perth. We are looking for a lawyer to associate to work on workers compensation and personal injury matters, providing strategic advice and delivering positive outcomes for employers and insurers.

You will manage a varied caseload with increasing autonomy, build strong client relationships, and gain exposure to complex litigation and dispute resolution within a supportive team. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years' PQE from a reputable firm, with experience in workers compensation, insurance, or personal injury law. Defendant experience is preferred, though strong plaintiff backgrounds will be considered. Newly admitted lawyers with pre-admission experience are also encouraged to apply.

You will bring strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
