An established insurance practice is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its Perth office. This is a key role within a highly regarded team, advising leading insurer, corporate and government clients on complex insurance and commercial disputes.

The practice has a strong focus on construction professional indemnity and first-party property matters, including disputes involving construction defects, property damage, indemnity and coverage issues, and business interruption claims. You will also work across financial lines matters, casualty and product liability claims, regulatory investigations, and marine and transport-related disputes.

You will lead complex litigated matters across State and Federal jurisdictions, advise clients on liability, indemnity and coverage issues, develop litigation and dispute resolution strategies, act as a trusted adviser, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development.
