Fixed-term in-house role within a global law firm's flexible resourcing platform, supporting a fast-moving alternative legal services team. The post combines hands-on contract drafting and negotiation with process and policy design to support cross-border consultant placements.

The role provides legal and commercial advice to leadership and client teams, manages risk and conflicts, and coordinates with Legal & Risk, HR and tax/mobility teams. You will also drive roll-out of scalable AI legaltech to improve delivery and ensure compliance with GDPR and employment-related requirements.

Legally qualified in England & Wales or comparable Commonwealth jurisdiction.
At least 5 years' PQE in private practice at an international law firm or equivalent in-house legal experience.
Strong employment law experience desirable; experience with alternative legal services platforms or premium legal recruitment advantageous.
Practical experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and managing legal/commercial risk across UK and international placements.
Interest in and experience implementing AI legaltech; strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of GDPR and cross-border regulatory/compliance considerations.
