An established global law firm is hiring experienced employment-law consultants to join its specialist consulting platform on interim assignments (typically six months or more). Assignments are varied and can include complex employment litigation, cross-border HR projects, workforce restructurings, investigations, advisory mandates on incentives and pensions, and employment-related input on M&A and regulatory matters.

This role suits senior employment lawyers who want flexible, project-based work while retaining access to firm resources, training and professional support. Consultants receive day-to-day access to firm knowledge and fee-earner support and are expected to transition quickly into new client environments and deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice.

Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in employment law (top-tier firm experience preferred)
Strong experience across employment litigation, employee relations, restructurings and cross-border employment issues
Preferably some in-house or secondment exposure to financial services or large corporates
Excellent stakeholder, communication and project-management skills; client-focused and commercially minded
Resilient, adaptable consultant mindset with ability to work autonomously
Qualified to practise in the UK (relevant practising certificate) and right to work in the UK
