Short-term/interim consultancy opportunities supporting banking & finance matters across the UAE region. Assignments typically run six months or longer and cover transactional work for banks, asset managers, investment managers and corporate clients.

We are seeking candidates with mid-level post-qualification experience in areas such as real estate finance, leveraged finance, fund finance and project finance. UAE experience is advantageous; successful consultants will deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice and integrate quickly into client teams.

4-8 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance
Experience in one or more of: real estate finance, leveraged finance, fund finance, project finance
Background at a top-tier corporate law practice; recent in-house or secondee experience to financial services/clients advantageous
Consultant mindset: adaptable, autonomous, strong client-service and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to transition into new environments quickly
