Short-term to medium-term legal consulting opportunities in corporate law, based in London. Assignments typically run six months or longer and cover public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital and related commercial work across financial services, fintech and corporate clients.

The role suits experienced PQE 4–10 corporate lawyers who want flexible, assignment-based work while retaining access to training, knowledge resources and staffed support teams. Successful consultants will work directly with client legal teams and practice groups on transactions, ECM and commercial matters.

4–10 years' qualified post-qualification experience in corporate law, with recent experience in M&A, private equity or venture capital
At least two years' experience at a top-tier corporate practice (or equivalent in-house experience/secondee roles preferred)
Strong commercial awareness, client-service focus and ability to transition quickly into new environments
Proven project management skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Practising certificate (or equivalent) entitling you to practise in the UK; right to reside and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
