Interim legal consultancy role supporting banking & finance work across the United Arab Emirates. Assignments are typically medium-term and sit within a global legal consulting platform affiliated with a major international law firm.

We are seeking lawyers with strong transactional banking experience—particularly in real estate finance, leveraged finance, fund finance and project finance—to step into active client engagements and provide deal execution and advisory support.

UAE experience is advantageous. The role suits self-directed consultants who want access to high-quality work, training resources and practice support while managing a flexible, portfolio-style career.

4-8 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance
Transactional experience in one or more of: real estate finance, leveraged finance, fund finance, project finance
Experience at a top-tier law firm or relevant in-house experience at a financial services institution is preferred
Consultant mindset: adaptable, autonomous, client-focused and able to transition quickly into new matters
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; commercial awareness and high professional standards
