Short-term legal consulting roles supporting investment funds and asset-management work across the United Arab Emirates (typical locations: Abu Dhabi or Dubai). Assignments are generally full-time for around six months, with some flexibility on duration and working arrangements.

The role involves advising on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of investment funds (private equity, real estate, hedge funds and similar vehicles), and supporting regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement. Expect to liaise with internal business teams, external counsel and UAE regulators (including DFSA and Central Bank matters where relevant).

Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience, with a strong funds/asset-management background at a top-tier law firm
Experience advising on fund structuring and fund operations (private equity, real estate, hedge funds)
Prior in-house experience at a financial institution preferred
Experience in the Middle East and Arabic language skills advantageous
Consultant mindset: adaptable, client-focused and able to manage own deliverables
Valid practising certificate or equivalent enabling practice in the region
