Join a global law-firm consultancy panel providing interim legal resource on restructuring, distressed debt and cross-border insolvency mandates. Assignments are typically six months or longer and range from in-house secondments with financial institutions to desk roles in credit funds and integrated roles within specialist restructuring teams.

Consultants are expected to hit the ground running on complex, often cross-border matters, working alongside deal teams and business stakeholders to advise on restructurings, distressed trading, liability management, enforcement and insolvency processes.

Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in restructuring and insolvency law
At least two years' private practice experience at a firm recognised in restructuring/insolvency (e.g. top-tier practice)
Practical experience of cross-border restructurings, distressed debt and insolvency procedures
Strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management and project management skills
Ability to work autonomously in interim/consulting roles and to integrate quickly into new teams
Right to live and work in the UK and a practising certificate (or equivalent) permitting practice in the UK
