Senior legal adviser role supporting a busy Finance & Restructuring practice within a leading international law firm. The role is integrated with the core transactional team and combines substantive drafting, precedent maintenance and practice development rather than being purely administrative.

Day-to-day work covers corporate and leveraged finance, direct lending, bank financings and debt capital markets. You will help maintain and improve a central knowledge base, produce client and market updates, contribute to pitches and events, and promote legal-tech and AI solutions across the practice.

Minimum nine years' relevant experience in financing transactions (as lawyer, legal adviser or similar), preferably in an international or transaction-focused environment.
Strong knowledge of financing documentation, contracts, corporate and property law; familiarity with banking regulation and LMA/ICMA documentation.
Excellent drafting and written communication skills in Dutch and English; strong verbal communication and team collaboration skills.
Hands-on, proactive mindset with commercial awareness; interest in legal tech/AI and practice innovation; willingness to contribute to business development.
