Senior commercial lawyer to lead and grow a Managed Legal Services (MLS) team across multiple UK offices. The role combines hands‑on commercial contracting with people leadership, delivery oversight and client relationship management.

You will take end‑to‑end ownership of MLS engagements, shaping delivery models, scoping and pricing, and embedding quality assurance and process improvement. The role partners with sector and solutions colleagues to design scalable contract solutions and drive adoption of legal technology and AI‑enabled tools.

This is a client‑facing, strategic position with responsibility for recruitment, team development, utilisation and financial sustainability of the service line, offering hybrid working and standard employee benefits.

England & Wales qualified solicitor with minimum 8 years' PQE.
Proven technical expertise in drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial contracts.
Experience leading and developing lawyers or legal teams in a managed services, private practice or in‑house environment.
Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation skills and commercial mindset; comfortable working with legal technology and matter/contract management tools.
