2–5 years' loan markets or leveraged finance experience at a top-tier or respected mid‑tier law firm, or in‑house finance team
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial acumen on leveraged and corporate finance transactions
Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
Team player able to mentor junior staff while managing workstreams independently
