An established national banking & finance team is seeking a Lawyer or Associate to join its structured finance practice in Sydney. The role offers exposure to a broad range of structured finance matters including securitisation, derivatives, warehouse and receivables finance, covered bonds, structured lending and other asset-backed transactions — both domestic and cross-border.

The team works on complex capital markets and bespoke structured solutions and offers a collaborative, high‑performing environment with opportunities to work on market-leading mandates. The firm supports flexible ways of working and provides access to internal innovation tools and professional development.

2–4 years post‑qualification experience in structured finance, securitisation or capital markets at a reputable law or professional services firm
Experience across derivatives, securitisation, warehouse/receivables or structured lending matters
Strong technical drafting, communication skills and attention to detail
Client-focused, able to take ownership of workstreams with appropriate supervision and a collaborative team approach
