Seek an associate to join a global finance team focused on leveraged finance across acquisition financings, refinancings, dividend recaps, liability management and restructuring-related financings. The role involves leading financing transactions primarily for borrower and lead arranger clients.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating syndication aspects and managing deal execution on complex sponsor-backed and direct lending matters. Multiple U.S. offices have current openings.

Minimum three years' experience in syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending
Strong experience with sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred
