We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in commercial, securities, bankruptcy, or other complex litigation. This role focuses on business restructuring and insolvency matters.

Responsibilities include handling complex discovery, managing document productions, developing case strategy, working with witnesses and experts, and coordinating with litigation teams. You will take ownership of important workstreams and become increasingly involved in strategy and decision-making.

  • Conduct legal research and draft memos, briefs, motions, and other substantive advocacy documents.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines in high-stakes matters.
  • Participate in depositions, witness preparation, and courtroom appearances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where you practice, or eligibility for admission.
  • 2-4 years of experience in commercial, securities, bankruptcy, or complex litigation at a leading law firm.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and research skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex discovery and document productions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
