Litigation Associate — Austin

Growing litigation team in Austin seeks a mid-level associate to handle complex commercial and business disputes. The role offers exposure to a broad docket including product liability, construction, real estate, energy, financial services, and antitrust-related matters.

The team works on litigation across federal and state courts, with opportunities for depositions, motion practice, and client-facing advocacy. Candidates will join a nationally recognized, international practice group and collaborate closely with senior litigators on high-stakes matters.

• 3–6 years of litigation experience, with strong civil litigation background
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• Experience taking depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions
• Excellent legal writing, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to manage deadlines independently and in a team
• Mediation, arbitration, and trial experience a plus
