Growing litigation team seeks an associate with experience representing companies and their officers/directors in stockholder class actions, derivative suits, and complex commercial disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery. The role involves drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and participating in pretrial and settlement work.

2–6 years litigation experience (Delaware Chancery experience preferred)
Experience in stockholder class actions, derivative litigation, and complex commercial litigation
Delaware bar admission required
Strong academic record and excellent written/verbal skills
