Counsel — Litigation

Established national firm is seeking a Counsel to join its US litigation practice. The role will support litigation teams on a range of commercial disputes across multiple offices; remote/hybrid arrangements may be available depending on team needs.

The successful candidate will handle motion practice, discovery, hearings and client-facing work, collaborating with partners and associates on case strategy and execution. This is an opportunity to join a busy, multi-jurisdictional practice with varied caseloads.

• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Several years of substantive litigation experience (civil/commercial litigation preferred)
• Strong legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively across teams and offices
