Counsel — Mass Torts Litigation

Seeking a Counsel-level attorney to join a multi-office mass torts practice focused on asbestos and talc/product liability defense. The role involves handling all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice and case management with a high degree of autonomy.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with experienced litigators, junior attorneys, paralegals and support staff to develop strategic defenses and manage case workflows. The position permits flexible arrangements (remote, part-time or flexible hours) and requires periodic travel for hearings, depositions and court appearances.

• 3–5 years of experience in toxic tort, talc, or product liability litigation
• Licensed and in good standing in Illinois
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and solid legal research/analysis
• Proven ability to manage cases independently while collaborating across teams and offices
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to travel as needed
