Apply in confidence →We are seeking a Senior Counsel with at least eight years of experience to join our national litigation practice, focusing on consumer finance disputes. This role is open across our offices, including a virtual option, with a preference for candidates licensed in California, Florida, New Jersey, New York, or Ohio.
You will defend financial services companies in state and federal court matters, with working knowledge of key federal statutes such as FCRA, FDCPA, RESPA, and other consumer protection laws. Experience representing mortgage servicers or originators in contested foreclosures, quiet title actions, and title disputes is highly valued. You will collaborate closely with attorneys in our financial services group.
We are looking for a proactive, dynamic professional with strong academic credentials, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. Superior interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Candidates must hold an active bar license in the state of their office location or commit to obtaining one promptly. For virtual roles, licensure in your state of residence is required.
