Litigation Associate — Commercial Litigation, Oklahoma City

Mid-level litigation attorney opportunity with a national practice in Oklahoma City. The role involves handling complex commercial litigation matters as part of a collaborative, fast-paced litigation team.

Ideal candidates will have experience across all stages of commercial litigation, including research, motion practice and courtroom or deposition work. The position is office-based and interacts regularly with colleagues and clients on substantive matters.

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Licensed to practice in Oklahoma
• 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills; solid academic record
• Courtroom and deposition experience preferred
• Ability to manage assignments and deadlines in a collaborative team environment
• Exposure to oil & gas matters is a plus
