Typical responsibilities include legal research and drafting (memoranda, motions, pleadings), handling discovery and investigations, attending court conferences, preparing dispositive filings, and counseling clients on employment-related restrictions and trade-secret protection.

The team is collaborative and client-focused, with strong emphasis on attorney development, writing and speaking opportunities, and exposure to complex, high-stakes employer-side litigation and counseling.

Juris Doctor and admission (or ability to become admitted) to practice in Oklahoma
Experience or demonstrated interest in trade secrets, non-compete, and unfair competition litigation or counseling
Strong legal research, writing, and motion practice skills; experience with discovery and investigations
Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with sophisticated business clients and opposing counsel
