Litigation Associate — Discovery (Los Angeles)

Seeking a litigation associate to join a busy consumer/products-litigation group in Los Angeles, with primary responsibility for contested discovery and e-discovery issues. The role will support automotive consumer litigation matters, drafting and arguing discovery motions and oppositions, preparing meet-and-confer correspondence, conducting research, and attending hearings.

The position is suited to candidates with early-career litigation experience who can work independently, draft clearly, and handle high-volume discovery tasks. Admission to the California bar is required.

• Admission to the California Bar.
• Approximately 6–9 months of litigation experience with hands-on experience handling discovery disputes preferred.
• Experience with e-discovery and familiarity with products-liability or consumer-law matters is a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and interpersonal skills; ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Applicants should be prepared to provide an unofficial law-school transcript and a recent writing sample (10 pages max) with a brief cover page describing the submission.
