Litigation Associate — Litigation (Philadelphia)

Seeking a litigation associate to join a busy trial-oriented team in Philadelphia. The role focuses on defending product liability and tort matters, with emphasis on pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumer-facing health products.

Candidate will handle all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings and trial preparation, working collaboratively with a large team while taking responsibility for client matters.

The position is with a national AmLaw 100 firm that maintains an active, collegial litigation practice and a transparent path for professional development.

• Minimum of 2 years of complex litigation experience, ideally in product liability and torts
• Experience defending pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or consumer/health products preferred
• Strong Pennsylvania state court experience required
• Proven experience in discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings and trial preparation
• Outstanding writing, research and analytical skills; strong academic credentials
• Admission to the Pennsylvania bar or eligibility for waiver required
• Ability to work effectively in a large, collaborative team and to take independent responsibility for matters
